Background

Kimberley was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2016 and called to the Bar in 2025. Prior to being called to the Bar, Kimberley was a Senior Solicitor in the Litigation Unit at the Queensland Department of Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation and at the Environmental Defenders Office. Kimberley has also worked in general commercial litigation at international and boutique law firms and in house, at a multinational commodity company, developing and advising on legal compliance frameworks. 

Kimberley’s practice areas at the Bar are commercial law, public law, administrative law, environmental law and regulatory law. She also has a strong interest in international law.

Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of International Relations (International Business) from Bond University and is currently undertaking a Masters in Public and International Law at Melbourne University.
